This month, it’s been a whole year since I started blogging on A Cook’s Plot. It’s been so interesting seeing which recipes people have been talking about the most, and which ones everyone’s been making - so this week I thought it might be fun to take a look back at the A Cook’s Plot Top 5. So to kick off:
(Pictured above - this is a much nicer photo than the original one I posted!). Baked in a bag to keep in all the flavour, it is really lovely with its ginger, chilli and lemon ‘instant marinade’. It takes just a few minutes to prepare and less than 20 minutes to cook so it’s perfect on a busy weeknight but, equally, it’s special enough for entertaining.
